The slang term “GOAT” is an acronym for “Greatest Of All Time,” used to describe someone or something considered the absolute best in a particular field or category, especially in sports, music, or other areas of expertise.

For example:

Everybody voted for you to be the leader in this project because you’re the GOAT. 

Michael Jordan is widely considered the GOAT of basketball. 

You’ve got to admit, Beyoncé is the GOAT of R&B. 

This new album is the GOAT; I can’t stop listening to it!
