Welcome to the site!
This is an education-oriented site. It’s completely free to use, reprint, and share. I’m not directly selling anything. The purpose of sharing any commercial material, such as images, is primarily to explain the meaning of the words and expressions. I’m willing to give credit to any material I use if necessary. Just email me at elianerabellobooks@gmail.com.
Here, you will find grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation tips, as well as curiosities about the English language. I have been teaching English as a foreign language for 40 years. English is indeed my cup of tea. Yet, I’m well aware that learning a foreign language is an amazing feat that needs constant development.
The more I teach, the more I understand I know nothing. But that’s supposed to be fuel to keep learning. I try to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in methodology and educational approaches, and I can only do this if I’m willing to study more than my students. And that’s precisely what I do.
Keep in mind that there is no magic methodology for learning any foreign language. It takes dedication and perseverance, among other things. It doesn’t matter your age. You will taste the achievement through your commitment and discipline if you believe you can. Take advantage of the shared information on the site and assimilate the content at your own pace.
“Learning another language is not just learning different words for the same things, but learning another way of thinking about things.” – Flora Lewis.
